Today’s civil engineering work involves installing curbs.
Curbs are concrete or other rod-shaped stones that are typically installed at the boundary between a roadway and a sidewalk, or between flower beds and other structures. Their main purpose is to clearly define the boundary and ensure the safety of vehicles and pedestrians. They are also called concrete blocks.
It’s not right next to the road, so I guess it’s for a parking lot.
Marking → Excavation → Leveling crushed stone → Laying improvement material → Installing curbstone
This was also a first for me.
It was my first time making improvement material, but it was just sand and cement mixed together.
Easy
Setting the crushed stone was done by adjusting the height.
After that, laying the crushed stone for the exterior and leveling it.
It was a bit of a hassle, but it was over quickly.
Physical work isn’t hard at all.
I have Sunday off, so I’ll start working on the exterior from Monday.
I’m learning a lot.
“The new construction here is almost finished, isn’t it?”
When I asked him,
“It has to be finished.”
He said, “You’re right.
My annual salary has dropped since I moved to my hometown, but it’s a learning experience.
This is a lot more experience than temporary work.
Finished.
Bye.
