今日も鋼製枠解体作業
鋼製枠解体は、コンクリート打設後に鋼製の型枠を取り外す作業です。通常、コンクリートの養生期間が経過した後、安全確認をしながら単管パイプなどの金物から順に解体し、壁、梁、スラブの型枠を撤去します。鋼製型枠は木製型枠とは異なり、再利用性が高く、金属くずとしてリサイクル可能という利点があります。

Steel frame demolition work again today
Steel frame demolition involves removing steel formwork after concrete is poured. Typically, after the concrete has cured, safety checks are performed and the formwork for walls, beams, and slabs is removed. Unlike wooden formwork, steel formwork is highly reusable and can be recycled as scrap metal.

“Leveling” is the process of adjusting a machine or building so that it is correctly positioned horizontally or vertically relative to the ground or a reference plane when installing it. This is essential for machines and structures that require precise installation, as tilting or distortion can lead to performance degradation, damage, or even structural collapse. This work requires the use of measuring tools such as spirit levels, laser levels, and auto levels.
