I fell asleep yesterday.
I was studying bookkeeping and suddenly passed out.
I fell asleep like I was passing out. It felt like it was only before midnight…
What should I do? Should I get up early to study and blog?
I’m more efficient if I manage my mornings.
I can’t wake up in the morning. The morning hour is twice as efficient as the daytime, so that’s what I want.
“He who manages his mornings manages his life.”
I haven’t managed them at all.
I’m 35 and still feel like I have a long way to go.
“Morning activities” (asakatsu) refer to using your mornings for personal activities like studying, reading, exercising, and hobbies. Unlike the busyness of the day, the morning is when your brain is most active. By utilizing this time, you can efficiently improve yourself, relieve stress, and live a fulfilling life.
To improve your morning efficiency, it’s important to wake up and expose yourself to the morning sun to reset your internal clock, and then get moving with some light stretching and a balanced breakfast. The first three hours after waking are your brain’s golden time, so using this time to tackle important tasks or engage in personal activities (study, exercise, housework, etc.) will maximize your productivity and focus.

Three hours is my golden time, but I can’t wake up lol
I want to master this.
Utilize your brain’s golden time: The first three hours after waking are when your brain works most efficiently. It’s effective to use this time to focus on work or study.
Clarify your purpose: Clarifying your purpose before starting your morning routine will make it easier to stick to it.
Make it a natural habit: Waking up too early can lead to sleep deprivation, so try to wake up at a time that suits you naturally, within reasonable limits.
Morning Tips
Concentrated Tasks: Mornings with fewer distractions are ideal for focusing on your most important tasks.
Exercise and Study: Exercising and studying are more efficient when done in the morning when your brain is active.
Getting housework done in the morning increases your free time after returning home and improves your quality of life.
When I go for a walk at around 6 AM, there aren’t many people around and it feels kind of boring.
Next month, I’ll try going to bed before 10 PM. I’ll try it for a month.
Day 45
Continuing from yesterday, laying crushed stone → leveling → compacting → clearing away leftover material.
Next, I’ll plaster the base styrofoam.
This is the finished product.
Styrofoam’s benefits include excellent insulation, water resistance, and termite prevention. These properties improve heating and cooling efficiency by maintaining a constant indoor temperature, reducing utility bills, and preventing mold and mildew, extending the life of the building. It’s also lightweight and easy to work with, making it easy to install even for DIY projects.
It’s effective at insulating, making it a must-have in cold prefectures.
It’s easy even for DIY projects. It was definitely easy to install.
Cutting the styrofoam → Applying adhesive → Installing the styrofoam.
Easy, I wonder how long the styrofoam will last?
Does it ever thin out?
I’ll ask around.
The work is finished now.
I guess I sat there for about two hours straight after returning to the office.
That was tough. There’s no point in just sitting there. I wonder if it’s too hard for the other directors?
The director with the glasses is still as gross as ever.
I was watching Rizin on my way home, and I saw Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi.
Simply put, “Are you doing your best? Are you living your life to the fullest?”
That’s cool! I’m more of a Yazawa fan than a Nagabuchi fan, but I was blown away.
A man! I’ve never seen it, but it has a manly feel to it.
It goes well with cicadas.
So cool.
I wonder if I’ll ever be able to go back to that place again.
End
Bye.
