玉掛け講習には「玉掛け技能講習」と「玉掛け特別教育」の2種類があり、どちらかの講習を修了する必要があります。吊り上げ荷重1t以上のクレーンで作業する場合は玉掛け技能講習が必須で、1t未満の場合は特別教育で対応可能です。受講は各都道府県の登録教習機関で行われ、労働安全衛生法に基づく事業者義務です。
- 玉掛け技能講習
- 対象:吊り上げ荷重1t以上のクレーン等で玉掛け作業を行う場合。
- 内容:学科12時間、実技7時間の計19時間以上の講習。
- 資格:1t以上はもちろん、それ未満のクレーン等での作業も可能になる。
- 試験:学科・実技ともに合格が必要。

23時ころまで建て方やってて、所長途中で帰ってｗ
残業多くできないもんな
あそこの会社も残業45時間過ぎてても収まるように提出してたら
まだいれんたんだろうな
営業が1分単位で記入してくれってなって
そのとうりにやって、それが気に入らないってなってたもんな
話し脱線して
懐かしい結構覚えてるな
あそこの職人とか俺から根掘り葉掘り話聞いて、喋りまくってんだろうな。岡山ｗ

Day 1 of the rigging course
Total of 3 days
Today and tomorrow are the theory course, and the day after tomorrow is practical.
They say it starts in the 6th year.
Isn’t it supposed to be taken in the 1st or 2nd year?
Yeah, I wonder what I’ve been doing up until now.
There are two types of rigging courses: the “rigging skills course” and the “special rigging training.” You must complete one of them. Rigging skills training is required for those working with cranes with a lifting capacity of 1 ton or more. Special training is available for those working with cranes with a lifting capacity of less than 1 ton. The training is conducted at a prefecturally registered training institution and is mandatory for employers under the Industrial Safety and Health Act.
Rigging Skills Training
Target: Those performing rigging work with cranes with a lifting capacity of 1 ton or more.
Content: 19+ hours of training, including 12 hours of theory and 7 hours of practical training.
Qualifications: Qualifications include working with cranes with a lifting capacity of 1 ton or more, as well as cranes with a lifting capacity of less than 1 ton.
Exam: Pass both theory and practical.
↑Taking this course
The theory test is tomorrow, and the practical test the day after.
You’ll be sitting for the whole time in the theory course, so be careful not to fall asleep.
Calculating the rated load of wires, etc.
I remember doing the calculations for lifting and erecting steel frames last year, even though I didn’t really understand them.
Nostalgic.
I tried again and again, and even though I didn’t really understand them, I managed to complete them.
My supervisor changed midway through. Because we’d fight.
We worked on the construction until around 11pm, and the foreman left halfway through, lol.
They couldn’t afford to work too much overtime.
If that company had submitted the work within the time frame even after 45 hours of overtime,
it probably would have still been done.
The sales department asked me to fill out the form in minute increments.
I did as instructed, and they didn’t like it.
Going off topic.
That brings back memories.
I bet the craftsmen there were constantly asking me all sorts of questions and chatting away. Okayama, lol.
