- 新築住宅: 3/1,000以内（1mにつき3mm以内）。
- 中古住宅: 6/1,000以内（1mにつき6mm以内）。
中古は違う

Pouring stairs in two locations
This is what it looks like.
Points to be aware of include cracks (caused by drying shrinkage and insufficient curing), loose aggregate (exposed aggregate due to insufficient compaction), and uneven top heights (due to surveying errors). Other defects include exposed rebar, cold joints, foreign matter contamination, and insufficient strength. These are primarily caused by improper construction techniques, curing, and temperature control.
If the vibration isn’t strong enough, the concrete will become brittle.
What is that?
Vibrators used in staircase pouring are used to distribute the vibrations throughout the concrete, removing internal air bubbles and increasing strength and durability.
Vibrate for 5 to 15 seconds.
This appears on the construction management exam.
In reality, you only vibrate for about 2 to 3 seconds.

Wooden construction method
It was surprisingly smooth, done by hand without a crane.
Large companies wouldn’t do this, but it’s something only small and medium-sized construction companies can do.

If tilt occurs in wooden construction, the tolerance for tilt in new construction is set at “within 3mm per 1,000mm (1m) (3/1,000).” Possible causes of this tilt include construction errors, warping due to wood drying, or uneven settlement. Since tilt can cause problems such as difficulty opening and closing doors, drafts, and health hazards, it requires professional measurement and inspection.
Newly constructed homes: Within 3/1,000 (within 3mm per 1m).
Pre-owned homes: Within 6/1,000 (within 6mm per 1m).
Used ones are different.
1/1000 scale is the same as steel frames.
But steel frames are more of a hassle to repair.
Because there are bolts.
At large houses, the craftsmen have to check every single temporary installation, which is annoying.
General contractors don’t check that much, but I guess they’re worried about houses they’re not used to.
If your boss tells you to, you have to do it.
It’s that person’s responsibility.
